How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way degassing valve and a roast date stamp to guarantee peak flavor.
What is the shipping timeframe for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, tailored to your brewing method.
Can I return or exchange food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns once the bag is opened. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
